after some struggling, i found the way to get the hud working in tekagis!

just download jflp patch and install it in a separate directory from freelancer, then take the interface ad cameras.ini from the folder and copy them in your freelancer\data folder

then take dacom.ini, freelancer.ini, hudshift.dll and copy them to your freelancer\exe folder.

you're set, enjoy widescreen tekagis!

dacom.ini should NOT be directly copied over the tekagis one, doing so will break parts of the mod.

Instead, edit your dacom.ini, under the [Libraries] section add the lines:

 

jflp.dll nofovx nostats
hudshift.dll

when i get the time to finish off the next update i'll have the widescreen included to save people from manually adding it

unfortunatly adding those lines to the original dacom.ini results in the following crash:

ok, took all the lines from mod dacom and copied them into a fresh ini file, all good it seems
