Looks pretty good though in a few of them I'd make the surfer bigger he kinda gets lost at smaller sizes.

Well, if youd ask me, sigs are not good.
First thing that caughts attention, is horrible text placement, and FONT. The only sig where text looks good is the one youre currently using.
Although i must notice, the light blue handwriting one has its own cuteness.
When placing text, you must put more thinking in what size, which place, and which font to use, than just dropping it in picture randomly. Look what spots on the background feel empty, maybe do some picture editing to create such spots. Choosing color is also important thing, and it must suit the theme. Most important thing of course, text, depending on its importance, must be readable.
Tip: When youre doing bigger pics, think about contrast. The places with most contrast attract the attention of viewer first, so you can choose what things should be more important and which not.
Second thing, is the background and overall quality. Somewhy it feels that either you choosed poor picture quality while saving, or the original background pictures were low res. The surfer dude looks like hes totally from different picture. Background is realistic, the dude is cartoonish. You could perhaps blur him a bit on the pictures where he is not dominant object.
Also, the speed effect youre creating with lines, is umm... questionable. Somewhere it looks good, somewhere totally ruins it. For example take 1st pic, lines merge with background in a lot of places, and that is not good.
Try figuring out how you could make that motion effect, with different tools and technique.
Experiment more with filters, brushes, image merging, transparency effects and so on.
Good luck.
